Check these 3 booking details

Compare the plate number on the car with your booking details.
Match the driver's name and profile photo to the person who arrived.
If anything differs or feels unsafe, don't board; report it through Grab's in-app Safety Centre from a safe place.

Use a seat belt and share the ride with someone you trust when appropriate.
Avoid off-app arrangements or switching to an unverified replacement vehicle.
